The Official Competition Selection of the MICE are:
- International, with Best Film Award, endowed with 1000 euros, diploma and trophy.
- Galicia, with Best Galician Film Award among the Galician titles participating in this section. The prize consists of 800 euros, a diploma and a trophy.
In this 18th edition, the jury of the Galician Association of Social and Cultural Anthropology will award the AGANTRO Prize for anthropological depth, endowed with 500 euros, diploma and trophy; the CREA Award given by the Galician Association of Filmmaking and Directing Professionals, endowed with 200 euros and trophy. Also, viewers will award the Audience Award.
