Stories of how a dictatorial state was introduced into the bodies of the women who were born around the Spanish Civil War. The film begins with the photo of the wedding day of the film-maker’s parents in April 25, 1959. I also need to love is the living, physical and intimate story of his mother and many other women in a society that had just entered a dictatorship that would last 41 years and would render them invisible.
